This DVD has 5 different walk workouts. You can do them in any order, and do 1-5 miles per workout. Each takes approximately 13 minutes to do. The whole workout takes about an hour and five minutes with proper stretching after your workout.
My wife and I exercise together and have both lost a considerable amount of weight using this DVD. We started with her 1, 2, and 3 mile workouts - and now are consistently doing the 5 miles four to five times a week. We are both older than 45 years old and its perfect for us because it provides a low impact, aerobic, and an effective cardio and muscle toning workout - which is exactly what we want and need to keep and stay healthy. Between the two of us we have lost 6 inches on our waists, and 35 pounds in just two months using this product and cutting sugar and breads out of our diet. Leslie Sansone has become a part of our daily lives as a couple - and we highly recommend it to other couples as well!

Excellent price. Easy to put together. It serves my purpose. It isn't antique quality. It is inexpensive and of reasonable quality especially for the price. What more could a person expect.
This side table is gorgeous and a great price. As a matter of fact, we were so impressed with one, we bought another. Perfect for our sunroom and matching with other furniture.
This table was really easy to put together and was exactly what I was looking for. The quality isn't perfect, but I was looking for a side table for my home office and it's great! The drawer is a nice addition as is the lower shelf. I highly recommend this table!
When we rearranged our furniture, we found we needed a small side table next to a chair for setting drinks on. This one was just the right size and shape, and had a finish that matched our other wooden furniture. It arrived quickly and without damage, and I was pleased to see it was made of real wood, not particle board with vinyl veneer. It was easy to assemble, although putting in the big screws with the supplied allen wrench was slow and tedious. The only other tool needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. Once assembled, it was very sturdy and attractive, with a small drawer suitable for remote controls. It is much nicer than the low price would suggest.
This thing came out of the packaging and I immediately had mixed feelings on it when I saw it disassembled, and an allen wrench included. I'm one of those guys that really hates the cheap 'build it yourself' kind of furniture. But the good feelings came that A: I didn't have to build the top/drawer assembly piece. Its just attaching the legs and shelf. And B: Its a pretty good quality wood. Its together now and looks fantastic, I use it as a side table and it sits perfect height up next to my recliner.
It's sturdy, the parts fit together well, the instructions are superior to any I remember seeing, and the stain seems to be okay (but not tough enough I would permit wet stuff on it). It's a good value item if you need something to put in the entrance. It's a 5 because it does what it says it does at a very good price.
This is a great little table for the price. It has a sturdy classic appearance that blends well with any number of interior styles, and looks great in my living room. I decided to use my own decorative brass knob to give it a look more appropriate to the room, and it works very well.
Super easy to put together ... looks and feels MUCH more expensive. A definite bargain!!! I highly recommend this table.
There are great end tables. We've had them for almost a year and got them to replace our overly large rectangular ones so our daughter, who was learning to walk at the time, wouldn't have a hard corner waiting for her tipsy little noggin. They have held up very, very well. They look great and we get compliments on them regularly. The storage drawer is small, but we don't use it for anything because, well, toddler...but they're big enough to hold a couple of remotes. We did have an issue with a stripped screw but Amazon refunded us the cost of the screw and we just went and bought one at the local hardware store.
