My mother and new step-father use tray tables to eat on in the den. They also use them for end tables at the same time. However the old tables they have are the little rinkie dink ones from Wally, and there were many times the tables flipped from being top heavy. So I decided to get them a good set for Christmas. I read a lot of reviews about different Tray Tables here on Amazon. Despite the comments that these tables were received with missing parts, scuffed up, broken pieces, poor packaging, etc., I chose them anyway.
These tray tables are exactly as they look in the photo. The finishing is perfect. They are sturdy, easy to move and open/close, and have a wider eating area than most other tables I have seen. Each tray table comes alrady put togther.
The stand comes in peices with clear directions on how to assemble it, the exact amount of screws, an allen wrench, and little pegs to put in the holes once the outside screws have been put in. It took me, a woman, 5 minutes to assemble the stand. Once assembled, the stand is firm and heavy, strong, and holds the tables perfectly. The entire set is beautiful and I plan on buying a set for myself in the near future. Im very glad I chose this.
Note: If you want tray tables for kids, choose the Wally ones. These are so nice you will want to use coasters.

These are great - they look much nicer than your typical TV tray. They are also a bit larger. A bit on the expensive side, but if you are looking for a high-end TV tray this is definitely the way to go.
Got tired of my unstable small tv trays and went looking for something nicer and bigger. Based on the reviews I bought this set. When alone I usually eat off a tv tray and have always wanted space for a beverage - malted variety - and this fits the bill perfectly. It's attractive enough to blend in with nicer furniture and is stable. The top is so big I an also put my iPad on it while eating (I know, why would anyone DO that, but I do). My friends are impressed with it and I didn't find it hard to put the rack together. I'm a fairly tall person (6' 1") and sitting down it's the perfect height. Great piece and perfect for someone who wants something a bit better than the typical tv tray.
I was very pleased with the wooden tables they are a dark walnut finish which is exactly what I wanted. My husband was even impressed with the solid construction of the TV tables; and he is a carpenter by trade. They are larger than any other TV table I have seen.
Trays are very sturdy, and a gorgeous, dark wood color. Gave them as a gift, and recipient loves them...warning, buying cheaper priced table trays is NOT WORTH IT. I bought others at lesser price, and returned them. Make sure to purchase beechwood, oak, or a wood that will not split when screwing the legs onto the trays. These trays actually come completely put together from this particular company. A great value.
The product arrived promptly. These are really well made and attractive tray tables. The holder needs to be put together, but it is a no brainer for most people. No tools were needed (the allen wrench was provided). I'm glad I spent the extra money for these units.
These are very attractive, great value for the price, with an easy to assembel stand. They are a bit bigger than the ones we had before, which is a nice feature. I would definitely buy these again.

The trays arrived in the time frame stated by the seller and in fine shape. The pieces were well-protected in the shipping box. It was easy to put together and there were no missing pieces. The color was true to the product pictured online. I've had them for a few weeks with no problems. They seem to be super-sturdy and I love the bigger sized table top. I've bought the cheaper tray tables from other stores, but I'm very glad I spent the extra money on these.
