This DVD has 5 different walk workouts. You can do them in any order, and do 1-5 miles per workout. Each takes approximately 13 minutes to do. The whole workout takes about an hour and five minutes with proper stretching after your workout.

    I recently purchased the "Walk at home" dvds from Leslie Sansone, has anyone ever used them and lost weight. I am trying to lose 30 pounds, I use her "Walk away your waist line" and also the "Walk and Firm" each morning. I alternate between the two, and I am dieting.

    I'm pretty skinny, average size. But I've always had big love handles and pregnant looking stomach :/ seems like ill never have a flat stomach, on the sides or in the front. Is it possible?
