Tenergy Replacement Battery iRobot Roomba
The advertising states this model is for "Large Cats." The choice of words in the ad appears imprecise.
Our larger younger cat is [to us] a MEDIUM size long-haired gray furball. We think of a "LARGE" cat as being anything from an Ocelot to a Jaguar. We own neither - or anything in between.
The FURminator works VERY WELL and removes large quantities of undercoat. The cat likes being groomed with it. We also have a very small, very ancient short-haired black cat. We found that the product works very well on her also. We are gentle and careful groomers.
The blade is sharp metal and if your grooming techniques are brutal, we are certain you can do damage to the cat's skin. We would not attempt to use this product on a long-haired cat with ungroomed or matted hair. That is a recipe for trouble.
One reviewer said that the Furminator was too harsh. We did not find that to be true and we groom with either it or a slicker brush, or both daily.

Battery working fine. Great for the price, charges fine, lasts as long as the original battery. Not sure how long the life of the battery will be yet but for the price I'm not worried about that.
I am adding some comments: Battery died 5 months ago (purchased in Feb 2012). I don't know how long the original batteries lasted b/c I got this Roomba from someone who upgraded. I can't complain too much and I will be buying another battery just maybe not this one.
This battery works as advertised. It is a fairly priced alternative to the Irobot replacement battery with good performance.
This is my first review ever. I felt compelled to write it in order to help others looking for a battery for Roomba. I didn't want to spend $70 for a replacement. When I came across this one, I was somewhat skeptical. My robot had been out of commission for nearly three years and I considered throwing away. However, after promptly receiving the tenergy battery and charging it overnight, my Roomba started cleaning better and faster than ever. It ran around for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes and it's extended the time which each subsequent charge. The price and the performance of this battery are just amazing! Thank you Amazon for providing this great product!
This is the 2nd one I buy in 2 years they last me about 2 years very satisfied. I love my romba vacumn and I use it a lot.
I bought this for a roomba scheduler. It actually runs longer than the original set by I Robot. I had a extra battery and had it rebuilt locally and it cost $40.00. It's charge only last for about 20 minutes. I found a new replacemant at Amazon for $39.95 and it last for 90 minutes. This is a must buy if you need you battery replaced.
I bought this battery 11 months ago and just in the last month it started loosing battery power it is down from the 40 minute charge it had when it was new to 10 min charge now, this one lasted longer than the one I purchased directly from iRobot that I paid twice as much for, the iRobot replacement battery only lasted 8 months. You have to make sure your robot is always on the charger when not in use. I am on my 3rd roomba and my 7th battery, this battery has lasted longer than any other one that I have had. I am going to order my 8th one now hopefully the quality will be as good as the last one.
We have owned an iRobot for a few years now and unfortunately the design of the batteries has a lot of room for improvement. We also have tried replacement batteries from a variety of sites with mixed results (including failure right out of the box!). We are very happy to have found a great replacement battery from Tenergy! When the time comes, we will definitely reorder the Tenergy replacement battery!
I've had this battery for a few months now, and it works great. My two official iRobot batteries lasted just 1 year each, so hopefully this battery lasts as long also.
