As Seen On TV Sweeper

These are certainly well made boots with a unique aesthetic.
Over the years I've been partial to Western style boots and ankle boots. Nothing wears like good leather, the longer you own it the better an more supple it becomes. That said there's usually the breaking in period which can be annoying to painful - these I can see fall into the latter category.
Consider furniture regardless of what upholstery you choose it's never going to look as beautiful as when it's new. On the other hand, earthier is only going to get more gorgeous as time as marches on.
As for breaking any boot in - it's really a matter of picking your poison as they say. Boots that are comfortable out of the box are going to stretch out and usually cause heel slippage, that up and down movement which causes blisters and calluses. Boots that are tight and might pinch a bit at the get go provide a better fit the longer you wear them and the longer the break in period.
Leather has memory an will conform to every curve and contour unique to the wearers shaped foot. In my opinion this is the optimum way to go. A good idea to reduce pinching while breaking in new leather boots is to double up on socks which serve as a buffer.
I have a custom pair of Dan Posts which were misery in the beginning and now wear with the sublime comfort of a well broken in leather jacket.
All this said, the hardness of the steer hide in these boots is uncomfortable, you will not want to wear these for a long period of time when new. But when they do break in I feel assured they'll be wonderfully comfortable.
As for the hide itself, it's well tanned and saturated brushed suede, with a rubberized or bonded leather toe and heel. These are signs of careful build quality and attention to detail.
Plus the stitching is called Baseball which is the strongest stitch there is -yet another sign of high quality. The side zippers on each boot add a contemporary look but not so much hardware that they scream. It's subtle and a good example of form meets function. The zippers make getting your foot into the boot effortless and although the upper cuff is oddly wide - you slip these on like shoes as there's no need to "pull" them up like boots.
The zippers are heavy duty, operate smoothly an are self locking so they won't be slipping back down.
A word of caution - the soles are finished meaning 'slick" leather an are very slippery, there's zero traction. Worn in by walking on pavement is one way to scuff them up enough for a more secure step - but having a rubber tap put on should give you immediate traction and help prevent falls.
In relation to price these boots are an outstanding value, surprisingly light, true to size and half sizes are available. I usually wear an 11 but with leather boots or dress shoes will go down to a 10.5 for an eventual better fit - but to each his or her own.
Eligible for PRIME the free two day shipping makes these boots that much more of a bargain. They arrive well packaged in the signature JD Fisk Box.
Highly Recommended.

i'm pretty sure you'd have to clean it often, but i'm curious if it works just as well as a crappy vacuum cleaner or it its definitely worth buying. if you've used it or own one, let me know!
There were many other individuals who should have been much more highly recoginsed as developers of penicillin, however Fleming is most famous it. Why did this happen?
And just for fun I’d like to know…. What is the best “As seen on TV” product you ever purchased?
In particular my hair falls out everywhere, & its driving me mad!I 've seen the swivel sweeper advertsied on tv, does anyone know of it? or it there one in the Argos book I should go for?
I need something easy and lightweight to carry that can pick up lint from dark brown carpet. Will these work well for that?
advertised ad-nauseum on the tv infomercials. I am sorely tempted to purchase one but want to know if they are worth the expense. Would greatly appreciate your opinion. thanks
I have just moved into an apartment that has off-white floor tiles in every room. It's easier to see dust and hair because of that. I have vacuumed them 24 hrs ago but now the floors look like I have wasted my time. I don't want to vacuum daily. Would placing big dark color rugs help as they help to trap hair? Or is there another way to keep the floors clean?
