I bought this item after looking at the ORE 6 foot coat rack and realized they were the same product but this one was less expensive. I really like the extra hooks for scarves on the middle and upper middle section of the rack. It looks identical to the ORE International Cherry finish. The rack works well for hats and scarves. I don't know how it will hold up for coats, but the base is sturdy so I think it will work well. The directions were a bit tough to follow since it didn't come with directions, just a diagram with alphabetized parts labeled on a picture of what it should look like when set up. This made it an interesting puzzle when figuring out how the upper pieces needed to be arranged. Once I understood the puzzle, it came together very quickly. I'm not mechanically inclined so it did take me about an hour from opening the box to setting it up in my office. I didn't use the glue that came with it in case I needed to take it apart and move it somewhere else. It looks beautiful with my sunday summer hats and scarves covering it. Nice product! Would recommend this less expensive version of ORE's product.

My cat broke my last coat rack by repeatedly tipping it over. This one has a heavy base and sturdy construction, and remains standing beautifully.
This coat rack is extreamly sturdy and very attractive. I can hang any amount of coats on it and it doesnt budge or move. The base has enoughg weight in it so it will not fall over on you like the cheaper ones. Definitely worth the price. This is an AWSOME produtct and i would reccomend it to anyone. i got the red one and it goes great with my cherry living room set

I've had a few metal stands that would NEVER sit flat on the floor or wanted to tip over from the weight of the jackets because of the lack of support from the base. This stand on the other hand has a very heavy base and is strong enough overall to handle the weight of several heavy leather jackets, the kids jackets, the kids backpacks, umbrella's, you name it. The materials used are high quality and it puts together rather easily. I love the plethora of knobs to use to hang pretty much anything up there. I got the cherry finish to go with other furniture items close by. Highly recommend.
The coat rack is very sturdy and has a heavy base. Was easy to install and instructions were provided. All drill holes were properly drilled and rack looks properly balanced. No problems with this rack.
this product looks great, is sturdy and was super easy to put together. I use it in my office to organize my 10 plus tote bags and purses. It's a wonderful way to organize and compliments my cherry office furniture.
I was skeptical of the quality of this rack, but needed something in our small entryway. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. It is a very nice piece and the base is very sturdy and heavy so no concerns about it tipping over. With all the pegs, we can hang hats and coats and even our little grandsons can reach a hook. In fact, my 6 year old grandson helped me put it together - he did most of the work, I just read off the instructions. He sorted out all the pieces and put it together, with me only having to tip it so he could reach the upper parts. I would not hesitate to recommend this piece to my best friend - it is made of nice wood and what seems like strong metal. A very nice addition to our entryway.
